Aromatherapy – Essential Oils

The power of plants to support your body, mind, emotions and spirit!

Essential Oils, dispensed with care and the right advice, can get to the heart of an issue remarkably quickly and efficiently. Essential Oils have traditionally been used to help with physical ailments. What is less well known is that they are also particularly good at helping us process emotions which, in turn, can help our bodies to recover from health issues where emotions are a causal factor.

Your initial consultation will be up to 60 minutes. In your initial consultation, we discuss in detail your health status, medications, lifestyle, any health concerns you have, and we discuss your health goals, whether those are physical, mental emotional or energetic. I will then select the most appropriate oils to create a bespoke blend tailored to your needs. I will also explain the therapeutic aspects of the oils and how you should use your product(s).

Follow up consultations will track and evaluate your progress and your products will be adjusted or updated, according to your needs, and will be up to 45 minutes.

Prices include up to £10 towards the cost of your products. Product range from £8 to £30 depending on the ingredients and oils used, type of product, quantity and volume (see below). Oils vary widely in price depending on production methods, rarity and availability, but I can suggest options which may fit with your budget. I don’t do hard sell and I won’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

Contraindications – your safety really does matter to me. Like many people, I have used essential oils for decades. However, it is only after intensive study for my Diploma (passed in 2021) that I realise my previous knowledge was sorely lacking! I was astonished to learn how many oils, including commonly used oils, can have serious side effects if used incorrectly, and without due regard for their chemical profiles. I am studying for my Clinical level now and, more than ever, I am acutely aware of the need for the public to be advised by properly qualified and insured Aromatherapist / Essential Oils Practitioners.

Where do I source my oils?

I have over 150 essential oils which come from reliable suppliers who are very highly regarded in the industry. They are top quality, therapeutic grade, often organic, ethically and sustainably sourced, and often very expensive! My suppliers include: Luminescents, Aqua Oleum, NHR Organic Oils, Mystic Moments, Quinessence, Bristol Botanicals, Na’vi Organics, Fragrant Earth, Denise Brown, Shechina Essential Oils, Naissance Organic, Huiles et Sens, Star Child, and Oshadhi.
